Ioana is an expert in leadership, customer experience, sales and distribution, and business development. She passionately accompanies her clients through their deep personal process from setting clear ambitions to reaching the best personal and professional level and systematically following up on the what and the how. Prior to joining FocalPoint, Ioana was a Member of the Executive Board at Vodafone, activating in the telecom industry for over 10 years. At Vodafone, she assured the company gained competitive edge through sales and customer services, leading the automatisation, and digitalisation of operations and teams.
A graduate of economic science in Bucharest, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Washington, Ioana loves to learn something new all the time. Currently, she is enrolled in a pastry workshop, discovering the chemistry between flour, eggs, lavender, pistachio and others in the oven as well as in the heart .
